一、CT智能型无刷驱动器接线说明

序号	名称	说明
1	电源输入	1、粗1.5红色线为+48V电源正端 2、粗1.5黑色线为+48V电源负端 3、细0.5红色线为+48V电源开关
2	仪表（转速）	细蓝色线
3	刹车	1、细棕色线为信号输入
4	倒转	1、细蓝色线为信号输入 2、细黑色线为接地线
6	手柄信号输入	1、细红色线为+5V电源 2、细黑色线为接地线 3、细绿色线为手柄信号输入
7	电机霍耳（A、B、C输入）	1、细红色线为+5V电源 3、细黑色线为接地线 4、细黄色线为 A 5、细绿色线为 B 6、细蓝色线为 C
8	电机相位（U、V、W输出）	1、粗黄色线为U 2、粗绿色线为V 3、粗蓝色线为W

二、CT智能型无刷驱动器参数说明：

1、额定电压：48V

2、额定功率：500W

3、转把电位：1.0～4.0V

4、欠压保护：DC 42±0.5V

5、过压保护：55V

5、限流电流：限流值为15±1A

6、额定功耗：﹤5W

7、刹车电位：高电位刹车

8、工作温度：-30℃～85℃

9、外型尺寸：105×66×34mm

三、使用方法和注意事项

1、在接线前先切断电源，按接线图所示连接各根导线；

2、该驱动器应安装在通风、防水、防震部位；
3、驱动器接插件应接插到位，禁止将控制器电源正负极反接（即严禁粗红、细红和粗黑；细红和细黑接反）。

2	Meter（change speed）	thin blue line
3	Brake	1、thin brown line is sign input
4	change revolve	1、thin blue line is sign input 2、thin black line is ground line
6	handle sign input	1、thin red line is +5V power 2、thin black line is ground 3、thin green line is handle sign input
7	Motor hall（A、B、C input）	1、thin red line is +5V power 3、thin black line is ground line 4、thin yellow line is A 5、thin green line is B 6、thin blue line is C

三、Use method and note items

1、Before wiring,cut the power,then connect the wirings according to the picture；

2、This drive device should install in the ventilation、waterproof、quakeproof ；
3、Drive device should connect the plug-in correctly，please note the connection direction（that is it is not allowed that connect wrongly the thick red and thin red ,thick black ；thin red and thin black ）。
