For chemical industry, though it will not be declared by government untill July, we were told that the tax-refund rate is supposed to be deducted from 13% to zero, this will be, absolutely a disaster news for us. Furthermore, we can also see the possibilities on being charged for new taxes, like "environmental-protection" tax and "keeping resource" tax.

But now,i am sorry to tell you that we have to adjust the price now because chinese government adopt new policy.in the past,we nearly offer you the price under cost,we just get profit only from government by tax-refund to offset the high cost.but now,tax-refund have been cancalled in this line.in order to achieve mutual benefit,so could you please help us to share a part burden on this.and we are doing business like this with our other clients.so please provide your understanding on this.thanks.
